A4(B8 Platform) Discussion - MMI no sound - Hello. New to forum, and new to me 2013 a4. I have the basic radio (no nav). Out of the blue, no sound from speakers, no bluetooth, etc. All MMI functions work, just no sound. I checked all fuses - all are good. I have access to spare parts and I swapped in a factory Helloall, I've spent ages searching and trying to find suitable parts but I can't find an answer anywhere to my query. You can make a updated DVD but you need to either have your vag radio code or dealer code to open swap dvd's if i recall correctly. Quail B8.5 S4 Avant "Audi Concert" radio isnt MMI at all, and doesn't have sat nav or bluetooth streaming. Anyways apologies if this has been asked about before, but in my 2010 A4 Sline TDi Quattro Avant I have the OEM 3G MMI "High" system (that contains a 40GB hard drive) fitted and its hooked up Higherresolution including 800 x 450 and 854 x 480 did not play at any frame rate. I used the following parameters with very good results. Video. AVC (h264) codec. Resolution of 720 x 404 (1,500 kbps) or 640 x 360 (1,000 kbps) Match frame rate to source (24 fps or 30 fps) Audio. AAC 128 kbps. 2 Channel Stereo. SiriusXM Missing from MMI! Sorry for not introducing myself sooner. I had an A4 when I signed up around 4 yrs ago but never posted. Now I have a 2012 A8 4.2 LWB which I leased in August. The car has been great thus far, coming from an '09 S550 I could not be happier with the way this car drives and all of the extra tech I did not have in the kJWbc4c.
